Rooms
Guests are invited to enjoy a common TV room, various sitting rooms and the wrap around veranda of this beautiful Edwardian mansion restored in 1988 when it was known as the “Piano Keep” B & B. The 3 guest rooms are on the 3rd floor (2 flights of stairs) which offer our guests unparallel views of the surrounding mountains.
Mackenzie Room:
Our grand Mackenzie Room looks out towards Mt Mackenzie and the new Revelstoke Mountain Ski Resort. It features a queen bed, double pull-out sofa, large seating area with Queen Anne chairs, ceiling fan, a new skylight, and air conditioning window units in the summer.
Ensuite bathroom: Completely renovated December 2012 with walk-in shower, Victorian style toilet and sink, tile floor, large mirror and excellent lighting.
Illecillewaet Room:
A close up view of Mt Revelstoke, home of Revelstoke National Park. This sunny middle size room features a beautiful matching antique bedroom suite with a queen bed and a single bed around a corner offering privacy. Room has recently been updated including crown mouldings, new drapery and bedding. Air conditioning unit installed in the summer for your comfort.
Ensuite bathroom: Enjoy our 6' claw foot soaking tub with hand held nozzle for rinsing. Step out on our new tile floor with radiant heat. We offer a variety of bubble baths and bath salts along with large new bath towels and fluffy bath robes to make your bathing experience enjoyable.
Begbie Room:
Our most charming room with a great view of Mt. Begbie and its glacier. Furnished with a queen bed and lovely matching antique slipper chairs.
Ensuite bathroom: Enjoy our 5' claw foot soaking tub with hand held nozzle for rinsing. Step out on our new tile floor with radiant heat. We offer a variety of bubble baths and bath salts along with large new bath towels and fluffy bath robes to make your bathing experience enjoyable.
Bed Linens:
Summer linens are high thread count and ironed for your enjoyment. Winter bedding is cozy, warm and comfortable featuring Sweet Dreams sheets – a Canadian product.
