Breakfast
Your day begins with breakfast in one of our formal dining rooms, starting with juice and a fruit course such as pears poached in honey and a little bit of lemon juice or blueberry buttermilk breakfast tart or stuffed apricots.
Main course could be eggs Benedict with smoked salmon or mushroom feta frittata or scrambled eggs with goat’s cheese served with breakfast meat such as Spolumbos chicken apple sausages and accompanied by sides such as roasted asparagus or breaded tomato slices or oven roasted sweet potato fries.
Other breakfast favourites are lemon ricotta pancakes with Québec maple syrup or waffles with blueberry sauce and heavy cream or cinnamon French toast served with Spolumbos turkey cranberry sausages.
Fresh toast or baked goods such as muffins or biscuits complete the meal. On Sundays enjoy Revelstoke’s Modern Bakeshop weekend special of glazed Challah bread stuffed with chocolate by Bernard Callebeaut.
As always, our bottomless pot of coffee or a selection of teas are available anytime during your visit.
